Camping:
This is a popular way to spend a holiday, as it gives
the participants a feeling of freedom and being one
with nature. This is undoubtedly the least expensive
way of travel. |

Bed
& Breakfast establishments:
These B&B's have sprung up in the last four to
five years and are now an integral part of accommodation
facilities of the country. These range from a minimum
of two rentable rooms upwards and are generally part
of a families home, whether in the towns or on a farm. |

Selfcatering
facilities:
A number of traveller's prefer to do their own catering
and will find the selection of self-catering establishments

These are very similar to the B&B's but normally

are mostly found in the larger towns like Windhoek

with a look into the farming lifestyle of Namibia. |

These range from standard accommodation to absolute

activity programmes ranging from gamedrives and naturedrives
with experienced guides willing to share their extensive
knowledge of the fauna and flora of the region. |

The hotels can generally be devided into categories
of small country hotels to the large with over fifty
rooms. These large hotels are found in the main centres
of the country, like Windhoek, Swakopmund or Lüderitz |
